“We took our Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra for camera repair. The front and back camera had to be replaced. All parts were available to install. The price out the door was $120. The phone works well now and has a 90 day warranty. The total time to fix and out the door was 25 minutes.. I'll use this repair shop from now on.“

“I have never been to a UBreakIFix before, my concern was poor battery health on my iPhone. The staff was great, gave me a good explanation of the situation and all the “what ifs” that could take place as well as making me aware of the worst case scenario. I handed my phone over at 11:30am, they quoted me two hours for battery replacement. I arrived at 1:40pm and the phone was completed and in the same condition I handed it to them. The reason I can’t give them a 5th star is simply because yes, they did the battery replacement but the phone was returned to me with 4%, I understand the battery’s come on low state of charge it just would have been nice to know that they quality checked their work prior to my arrival(as in, get the phone to at least 50%). That attention to detail would have easily gotten them a 5 star but aside from that hiccup they seemed to do a good job.“

“I took in my old Galaxy note 5 to get it checked because it wouldn’t not hold a charge. The service was quick and the price was very affordable. They didn’t charge me to diagnosed the phone . After he diagnosed the phone he gave me the quote and we agreed with the price. If I need any other service I would definitely go back. I recommend this place.“

“I Repair It Fast is located at 1030 East Green Street Pasadena California 91106. This is a beautiful area to have this boutique store. Trees and unique stores line this area of Green Street. The entrance is immediately next to the sidewalk, with no setback. Street parking can sometimes be difficult but side streets often have the most parking.

When I entered the store, I walked through a small seating area to the counter. At the counter I was asked about what type of help that I needed. I showed him my Galaxy S10+ phone and explained that I thought I had a battery problem. He asked me a number of questions concerning its symptoms and how long it had been taking place. He gave me a number of options. After thinking for a while I decided that I wanted to go ahead and get a new battery.

I wanted an original Samsung battery, not an aftermarket battery. He took the information off of my phone to make sure that he was looking for the proper battery in his inventory. He was out of stock. He made some inquiries and said that he would have a battery for me in a couple days and would give me a call when the battery came in. He was very helpful and courteous. I even asked him some questions about the new phone that I had purchased. He was very helpful in explaining how to properly adjust the settings.

After some delay because his supplier was out of stock I stopped and checked with him. He checked his inventory and had the proper replacement. I left the phone and was told to return in a few hours. When I came back the phone was ready. I paid the agreed upon price and was on my way.

When I got home I double checked the phone to see what kind of charge was on the battery. I plugged it in and it is charging as it should.

Very happy with my experience at I Repair it Fast! I recommended it to a friend who needs a new Macbook charger and he was told to bring it by to make sure he gets the correct one. Should I need any technical assistance or product I will be back.“
