The rugs came out beautifully- it was so cool to see the overhead video of the cleaning and what a difference it made! Despite their obvious efforts, the sectionals didn’t quite show the improvement we were hoping for at first. When I communicated that to Oscar, he not only came back to give them an incredibly thorough second-cleaning, but also thanked me for alerting him, since it can be hard to see the final result when the upholstery is still wet.
