The cleaning ladies were nice and super professional. They came on time and were accommodating to my needs. I did a deep for my initial meeting with them and was charged $381. I thought they would have more time for cleaning because not everything I wanted to accomplish was done in that first deep clean. The person quoted me $361 on the phone yet somehow I got charged $381 on my card. There were a lot of reminders on filling out the agreement and terms and conditions to cover themselves and myself as the client in terms of liability which I understand completely. When I called to inquire about the price, I spoke with Christine who was very friendly and patient. Once I booked my services, Miriam and Monica were on time, communicative and hard workers! They were very thorough and detailed, and the house looked spectacular. I would definitely hire Lupe's Cleaning Service again.

First of all, I booked the deep cleaning service last minute but their hours were very flexible and fast. My focus was the window track and blind cleaning which was quite time consuming for the cleaning ladies. It eventually led to overtime for the estimate but, Lupe followed up quickly after the service and she made sure that I was satisfied with everything. Also, the pricing was very reasonable and they waived the overtime.
My cleaning ladies were Yettie(?) and Irene and they were very kind and trustworthy. Overall, I’m happy with the service!
