We have been extremely pleased with Jan-Serve. They service our commercial building in Pasadena, which consists of four suites, and they consistently go above and beyond what is expected of them.
They professional, dependable, and takes great pride in their work. We have never had a complaint or issue with their services. What really sets them apart is their communication they regularly check in with us, keep us informed, and are always responsive when we have a question or need something addressed.

I absolutely cannot say enough good things about my experience with Jan-Serve. After volunteering at a community center we realized we needed a deep clean and I found Jan-Serve through my research. Lisa came to walk the property and look under every appliance and corner. No other company I met with did such a thorough proposal. Everything was written out and itemized for complete clarity and transparency. The crew was punctual and professional. Richard led the team and he is my cleaning guardian angel!
