I called to get my GE dishwasher fixed, and while the person I spoke to explained that he wouldn’t be able to service my appliance, he walked me through troubleshooting steps and provided alternate contacts. The troubleshooting steps worked and I now have a functional dishwasher. I was so amazed at the level of customer service all without me even being a paying customer! Thank you!
