Best massage I’ve ever had!! And it was a prenatal massage. Definitely going back after the baby is born. So clean, serene, and everything you’d hope for when pampering yourself. And Sophia was the sweetest. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Sophia at Body and Mindful Evolution is hands down one of the best massage therapists in Santa Cruz, in my opinion. I've been to many places in town as well as overseas for massages. She is skillful and intuitive with her bodywork and knows all the right places to massage. Sophia is attentive, knowledgeable and caring and it shows in her work! I've had chronic pain in my neck and shoulders and have had her work on me once a month or so. I feel 100% better after every session and will continue to go back to her as part of my health a regimen. The massage studio is cozy and has great energy. Wonderful place for a relaxing massage!

When I went to Sophia I was in a great deal of pain. She worked so efficiently and with just the right amount of pressure, that I felt a thousand times better after. She is warm, compassionate, kind and professional. She's a master at massage and knows so many modalities-like lymphatic massage, hot stone, deep tissue and more. I've tried them all. She's very very good. You won't be disappointed.
