Roots Boutique Salon is a studio suite in Soquel on Park Avenue. Mackenzie is an amazing hairstylist who knows wavy and curly hair well. She listens to what clients want and uses her expertise for a great cut. The dry cuts leave hair transformed. The lovely boutique salon offers a great overall experience, retailing Kevin Murphy, Eleven Australia, Olaplex and Oway Organics. Clients love the outcome and definitely recommend returning for hair styling needs.
Mackenzie is amazing - it’s hard to find a hairstylist that knows wavy/curly hair as well as she does. The dry cuts always leave my hair transformed and I get so many compliments on it. I can’t recommend Mackenzie enough!

She listened to exactly what I wanted and used her expertise to give me a better cut than I even imagined. I have a unique style to my hair (short hair with an undercut). Initially I wanted layers and then went for bangs. I love the outcome and will definitely be returning for my hair styling needs.
