“Lincoln James Construction has completed 2 remodels for us. First he completely remodeled our master bathroom and added an upstairs huge laundry room and master closet, giving us space for a large, beautiful, fancy wet room/shower/bathtub! The quality of all the subcontractors is stunning and Lincoln personally oversaw the work and made sure it was all completed to our satisfaction.

Then we hired him again to remodel our kitchen. He worked closely with our designer, Rachel Laney, and all of the sub contractors to completely redesign our kitchen, turning it into a perfect place to entertain, open and inviting and beautiful!

We highly recommend Lincoln and his diligent crew. We trust them and will use them again for future projects.“

“I had old original skylights above my kitchen and below a second floor bedroom window that had warped and become really ugly. I had many skylight companies come out and tell me they couldn't do the job. They said it was too difficult and I would need a contractor to remove stucco. Leonard came and suggested that I just replace the skylight windows and use the existing frame. He would make it look like new and 5 weeks later it was installed and looks incredible. Our kitchen looks so modern and open. His pricing was incredibly fair. He is the real deal.“

“Writing this review for my Aunt and Grandmother. Before the major rains my aunt and grandma we’re looking for a company to repair/replace a skylight on their mobile home. Other companies had been either exorbitantly expensive or couldn’t come out until summer of ‘24. Kenstruction came out, gave them an estimate and was able to finish the project in a great time! My grandma raved at how polite everyone was and how the site was cleaned each day. She’s 92 and uses a walker, so you can understand how important it is for clean walking areas. I saw the end product and loved the quality of the end product. Best of all Grandma has a leak proof skylight where she can enjoy seeing the sky during the days.“

“Beautiful Bifold Patio Door! I recently had a bifold patio door installed by VB Installations and I love the results. The customer service and communication was really good throughout the process. But what really impressed me was how well organized and clean the job site was. “Abe rebuilt a section of a tiled patio that had water damage to the wood joists. It was a great experience to have worked with him and I feel fortunate to have found him. He and his crew work very professionally. The job was complicated due to not knowing the extent of the damage at the start and he occasionally needed to stop in order to allow for inspections. He also was patient when the scope of the job increased. Throughout it all, he was always patient and professional. I highly recommend him.“
