Staff knowledgeable and friendly. Great communication throughout whole process from purchase to delivery. Delivery team super friendly and helpful. Post delivery calibration technician friendly and patient in explaining all ins and out of a new hot tub. Overall great experience!

After going to several different places to look for a new hot tub we decided to purchase from Arctic Spas in Vista. They were extremely knowledgeable and accommodating and they absolutely had the best price for a high quality spa . They really helped us decide on the perfect spa for our needs without trying to upsell options we didn’t need. In addition to purchasing the spa, we needed help with preparing the space. They helped us with a contractor as well. We used Robert Roman Construction and Design.
