I wasn't sure what kind of treatment would be best for me, but after telling her about my long hair & how I'm pretty low maintenance (haircut every 6 months or so... when I remember lol) she suggested a biotin treatment. Also, she was really informative on how to better care for my hair going forward. I learned a lot from her & have already switched up some of my habits. She has long, beautiful hair herself which you don't always see in a hairdresser, a testament that she takes healthy hair seriously.
