She’s a great listener and I always love my results.Recently I’d been noticing some white flakes in my hair that were not dandruff. So when Carlie posted about the Keune scalp treatment I was in! First, the treatment felt so good getting the extra scrub and the light tingle of the shampoo. I definitely noticed right after my appointment that I wasn’t seeing those little flakes. I think they were probably product buildup from the dry shampoo I use too often! “I went to Erika for a partial balayage the very last day before Covid closed studio again. She was super sweet. She gave her professional opinion as to what would look best (color and placement) based on what I was requesting. With the whole pandemic in the mix, she greeted me outside, took my temperature and provided hand sanitizer before going inside. In the 2 1/2 hours there she sanitized her hands and the surfaces multiple times. She made sure to take necessary precautions. We both kept our masks on the entire appointment. So after beautifying my hair and styling it, I absolutely loved the outcome!! I will definitely be returning to Chakra Beauty Salon!!“
“Jenni has been saving my hair since 2017 and I'll never look back. I've put her through weird mullet cut requests, going jet black, then deciding I want to be a blonde, to giving up the blonde and back to brunette, all the way to extensions that make me look like a mermaid. Jenni can do it all, and if she can't do it because your hair won't do it (ahem, me and blonde ?), she gets you as close to what you wanted while maintaining the health of your hair. After completing each girl’s hairstyle she checked with us to make sure it felt comfortable and that nothing was poking, and double checked that we liked it. She worked with all the different lengths and textures of hair of my bridesmaids and created a beautiful look for each one.
