“I stopped in this location recently and purchased some hair products. One of the products was medicated, but I didn't think to check for an expiration date. I realized a few days later (after using the product) that it had expired already. I emailed through their website to check the return policy, especially since I had already used a small amount of the product. I received a response almost immediately, even though it was after hours, letting me know I could return it or swap it out in store with my receipt. When I took it in for a replacement, they didn't have any more of that specific product, but that didn't stop the staff from going above and beyond to track some down for me. They were able to locate one last batch at another store and had it shipped to me free of charge. It was delivered within a day or two. They all were so pleasant and understanding. Definitely 5-star customer service.“
