“I recently completed a full kitchen renovation which involved a complete overhaul of my entire downstairs area, all flooring, and new design elements in my living room and I could not be happier with my results. My renovation also involved some not-so-fun and significant items such as replacing most of my sewer line and water pipes which were located under my slab.

As a full-service design & remodel company, JRP managed and oversaw every activity and was involved with every step in the process. One of the things that became apparent early in the process and impressed me the most, is the high expectation of service and quality they expect of themselves, their team, and all sub-contractors that performed any work on my home. I have done many projects over the years, but I have never been so reassured that things were being done the right way as I was with JRP.

JRP has an amazing and well-organized process that keeps the homeowner involved and up to date on everything going on every step of the way. I always knew what was scheduled and what was coming and remarkably there were very few idle days on my project. I could see real progress happening from week-to-week.

What really sets JRP apart however is their people. The team assigned to me was amazing and responsive. From Danni Krueger (designer), Sammy Ryan (production coordinator), Eddie Chavez (superintendent), to the person who really kept me together throughout the project, Rusty Peterson (project manager). As the project manager Rusty was my main contact and throughout the entirety of the project his attention to the process and the quality of the work being performed was so reassuring. Most importantly however, as someone who has a LOT of questions and the need to fully understand things – he was endlessly patient and always gave me the time needed to discuss the project to assure I was comfortable and happy with the process and the outcome. Projects like these have their ups and downs, but he assured we worked through everything to my satisfaction.

I would highly recommend JRP to anyone asking, and should I plan on any more large-scale renovations I would definitely work with them again.“
