I don't know where to begin! I started going to PowerCore Studio roughly 2 years ago and I've become addicted. I try to go everyday because it has helped me with my ergonomics. All the instructors are great, all different which is good because every class is different. Thank you Dakota, Guy, Carly, Danny, Erin, & Jason for motivating me to push myself to do better!
Just had my first class with Danny and it kicked my butt! Loved the specific / personalized corrections and his energy was amazing. Also love a studio with good AC. Parking was easy and I like that they offer class packages. I'll definitely be back!
I wanted to try to do Pilates, so I booked a private session with Powercore Studio . I had the best experience ever such a nice location my instructor Erin is the best everyone there is so welcoming definitely recommend you guys to check it out. You'll love it.
