Voss was exceptional in explaining and showing different aspects during the project so we understood the cause and extent of damage. Unexpected damage was revealed after walls were opened up, which resulted in a longer completion time but all the work ended up finished. After another stormy season things seem to be holding up well. Also worth mentioning Voss helped us understand what we might need for filing an insurance claim and worked with our insurance company to get at least some of the damage reimbursed.“
