When it came in Bob told me what to watch out for when I installed it.He also told me to hang onto the unit as long as I could because it was a great unit. I had since called him when a blade broke off of the outside cooling fan. He sent a repairman out the next day, ordered the part, and was installed the next day. “Visiting my 90 year old aunt and her heating went out. Called Phil Carpenter's and was told they could have someone out the next morning first thing. When I explained it was for an elderly homeowner, Brandon said he would see what he could do. Called back a few hours later and said he could have a tech swing by. Took Andrew a bit to isolate the intermittent problem but found a couple of things that were not running optimally. Explained everything very well and replaced the parts and she's been warm since. Most previously, this past weekend Steve, the owner, came out within hours of calling and helped us out as quickly as he could.
