After going thru an unsuccessful bid for a land initially, I came back to Eddie and successfully found another 11 acre land in the same gated community (in Carmel Valley/Monterey area). Eddie is professional (has incredible follow-thru), very detailed oriented, and is incredibly patient. Because of these qualities and because he is a good listener, I received quality inspection/due diligence reports from him. I also want to point out that he has integrity. For example, he would call me PRIOR to doing any additional assessment, esp if it is costly (he would even question if needed at the time). I would highly recommend contacting Eddie (the great thing is that he has Al to leverage as well!) for any real estate due diligence needs. He can help you determine if you can legitimately build a house on a parcel of land. In short, he is just an incredible individual.“

“Mid-Cal did the aluminum gutters on my home when I was having a new roof installed. They got the job done in one day as promised & price was fair & reasonable. The 1200 sq ft house w/ attached garage had only 3 downspouts. They not only explained why there should be one for each corner, they rerouted one near a back bedroom window out further so the water would disperse away from the walls. That means less water coming toward the bldg so not undermining the structure & less noise when it pours so sleep isn't disturbed.Mid-Cal also came back later to check their own work. Someone in quality control noticed that in the back it was all level so did a minor adjustment to ensure that water coming off the roof would evenly flow to either corner downspout. It is so subtle you can't tell w/ the naked eye yet does the job beautifully.I highly recommend this company & in fact referred my neighbor to them as well.“
