Best Contractors In Aptos

Talmadge Construction Inc

8070 Soquel Drive, Aptos

Wed 9AM - 5PM

“We undertook a big project (1 year!) with Talmadge that included tearing off all the siding, doors, windows and a rotting deck/front door access. We were down to the studs from the outside for a while!

We knew that a remodel like this would be a long, uncomfortable process but honestly, Talmadge exceeded expectations - I can’t say it was a fun time, but it went smoother than anticipated as far as noise and mess outside. 100% stunned that not a single tire picked up a nail given everything going on.

The finished product was worth it though, the attention to detail the team brought and the craftsmanship of their lead carpenter Tucker was impressive. We would definitely hire Talmadge and Team again for any future builds or renovations.”

Avalon Structural Inc.

181 Ridge View Road, Aptos

Wed 8AM - 5PM

“My initial engagement with Avalon to obtain a inspection proposal for my property was thorough and professional. Their communication was excellent, and they provided a comprehensive assessment along with a clear, well-considered repair proposal. Their honesty and transparency earned my trust and gave me confidence in moving forward with their recommendations.

On another occasion, I contacted Avalon for an independent foundation inspection after a paving contractor caused damage near my garage. Although his crew was unavailable, Roger understood the urgency of the situation and graciously came out himself. He carefully inspected the affected area, explained the nature and extent of the damage in clear terms, and helped me understand what would be required for a proper, lasting repair. His assessment was objective, reassuring, and never felt rushed or sales driven. I would confidently recommend them to anyone needing an honest and knowledgeable foundation specialist.”

Costa Bella Builders

236 Santa Cruz Ave suite B, Aptos

Wed 9AM - 5PM

“I was always apprehensive about hiring a contractor but I must say, with Costa Bella, every penny was worth it! Jeff visited us for a sunroom project, he said he could do it but he recommended instead another company that specializes in sunrooms and would be much cheaper. A few months later, when we decided to remodel our master bathroom, we called Jeff because he had earned our trust. Everyone delivered stellar service and top quality work and on time!
Justin, the foreman is as precise as a Swiss clock. He kept me informed about everything without me worrying about anything. If I texted him a question, he would respond immediately.
Vit is a genius, he can walk around and juggle the numbers in his sleep, he made some awesome recommendations when we were not sure, he is incredibly knowledgeable.
Jose is strong enough to demolish your bathroom, but he can build a beautiful new one and always with a smile.
Chris is quiet but he is obsessed with precision and let me tell you, that is ok with me.
Raoul is the Da Vinci of the group, he does the electrical, the plumbing and can tackle anything, his talent is impressive.
All the subcontractors were polite, on time, respectful and efficient, this is why you pay Costa Bella to do the work, they provide top notch workers and they deliver!
I can't believe what I am about to say: They were all like family and they will be missed!”
