My family has used Perma Ceram of Central California over the decades and enjoyed outstanding service. They refinished a tub with a finish has now lasted for decades. They also refinished a laundry sink that was original to the house built in 1941. When that sink finish developed a few nicks some years later Dave Ford of Perma Ceram was able to repair just those small areas for a modest charge and the sink looks great seven years out. I want to echo what everyone else has said about Dave Ford! When I first contacted him about a bathroom sink that was starting to rust, my intention was to see if he could spray ceramic on it to hide the rust. He asked me to send a couple of photos, and he was honest with me and told me that the sink was rusting from the inside and it would just be throwing money away to try to cover it. He recommended I get a replacement drop-in sink made of vitreous china that would never rust, and that he could do the replacement if needed. I asked Dave to come out and actually look at the rusting sink to make sure I'd buy the right size and depth, and he was willing to do that at no charge! Then when I got the sink and new faucet, we made an appointment and he was on time (actually early!). He did a wonderful job, was very careful and thorough, ensured no damage to the surrounding tiles, and my new sink and faucet look amazing! And the bill for his services was more than reasonable. There was a tiny leak below the sink that I discovered the next day when I started using it again, and he came out immediately and took care of it. Friendly, pleasant, professional, I'd highly recommend him!!
Dave of Perma Ceram is a professional and does a great job. As soon as you call him, he sets an actual appointment and then shows up on time. He is pleasant and trustworthy. We had an issue over a year later in one of the bathrooms and he came back and fixed it with no charge.I've attached three bathroom before and after pictures, I think the pictures speak for themselves!
