Regency Construction just finished a remodel on our home in Carmel Valley. Couldn't have asked for a better experience or a better relationship with a contractor and his team. Tim Scherer listened to every request or idea I had, walked me through the process, and recommended the best path to get the results I wanted. The primary remodel was in our kitchen, and the results are spectacular, no exaggeration; it is beautiful and better than what I had envisioned. Tim's contacts in all facets of home construction are the best available, true artists in their field, and my cabinets are magnificent. Honesty is at the core of Regency's business values, which was extremely important to me. All questions I had regarding costs and invoicing were immediately researched and answered to my complete satisfaction. Not once did I feel I needed to second guess or was left with unanswered questions.Any other improvements we make to our home will only be made through Regency Construction.
