“The therapists at Orthopaedic Spine Care and Change Physical Therapy are EXCELLENT!!! They are pleasant , caring, skilled and interested in helping you achieve success in your rehabilitation. They inquire about your goals and level of activity you would like to reach and then gear exercises to help you improve in attaining that goal. I’ve been impressed that each session builds upon the previous ones so you’re not repeating things and are being constantly challenged.
They also offer water therapy where you perform exercises on a treadmill in a warmed water tank.
It has been a pleasurable and encouraging experience. I look forward to each session in my journey back to rehabilitation.

“A huge thanks to Dr. Lane, Austin, and their team. I had 3 rounds of PRP on both knees six months ago at a NB regenerative center. In March, MRI showed cartilage meniscus tear. Along with increasingly difficulties moving around and argh hate those stairs. My primary suggested that I returned to training too soon after PRP (I was following post PRP direction, argh). Saw FV Physical Med's IG roll and didnt think it would work for me. I reached out and made an appointment. Dr. Lane was professional and knowledgeable, took xray of both knees on the spot, explained in detail treatment plans. Demonstrated StemWave and asked me level of pain and if the pulse rate was acceptable. Today, my knee pain was more tolerable and I climbed those stairs repeatedly without screaming. I do plan on returning for more of the Stemwave therapy and PT. Probably no stem cell injections just yet(scare of needles). Thus this place truly is a caring, compassionate, professional, and knowledgeable physical medicine center that I highly recommend to all who is looking for PT, pain management, and regenerative medicine.“

The Physical Therapists at CoastTherapy understand the inner connections of all the body parts, and each of them has their own unique strengths. If you have a hand issue, you may or probably have a forearm issue from it being over worked as well. They take care of the parts that need taking care of and they actually listen to the client. Other Physical Therapy businesses limit the therapy strictly to the injured body parts. I’ve had very bad experiences at several other PT places and was told that because of the type of hand issue that it would never get better… EXCEPT, I was actually making great progress. They admitted I was making improvements but decided to completely cut me off from more than half the PT session I was allowed to!
