After visiting a few different chiropractic offices over the years, and being lukewarm about all of them, I reached out to a Facebook community page I am a part of for recommendations. Dr . Lum and Nu Image Wellness came up multiple times. And now I know why. This isn’t a conveyor belt place where you are in and out in 90 seconds, not feeling like much has been done. They really take time with me, and do the often missed , ever so important soft tissue work before they even do my adjustments, which Ive learned is essential for actual progress to be made. I was also given simple action items to do at home to help maintain and advance my progress in between appointments. “The therapists at Orthopaedic Spine Care and Change Physical Therapy are EXCELLENT!!! They are pleasant , caring, skilled and interested in helping you achieve success in your rehabilitation. They inquire about your goals and level of activity you would like to reach and then gear exercises to help you improve in attaining that goal. I’ve been impressed that each session builds upon the previous ones so you’re not repeating things and are being constantly challenged.
They also offer water therapy where you perform exercises on a treadmill in a warmed water tank.
It has been a pleasurable and encouraging experience. I look forward to each session in my journey back to rehabilitation.

The ARU is very clean and new, you feel like hotel 4 or 5 stars, rooms and bathrooms clean, wood on the floor, patient/visitors feel relaxed. It's really a good place for convalescence.“
