Lucas did exceptional work. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He followed a careful diagnostic process, checked every possible failure point, and explained his reasoning clearly as he went. He found the loose wiring issue that caused the outage, repaired it cleanly, and also replaced a failing AFCI breaker downstairs. Everything is working perfectly now.
