Jerry Thompson, owner of Integrity Electric a diamond certified company since 2008 visited my home in Mill Valley today. He had been referred to me by a realtor friend of mine. Jerry was supposed to be here between 11-1 and arrived right on the dot at 11. I had made a list of the items I wanted him to check but within less than 10 minutes he had diagnosed the problems in my kitchen and fixed them! Next on my list was an outdoor spotlight that was not going on automatically as it should. He realized that it was in need of two wire nuts to protect the wires from touching. This company lives up to their name. They provided great service and charged exactly what they said they'd charge - no hidden fees or surprises. The technician did excellent work, solved the electrical issues we had, but he caused some minor damage on the wall (we have old, stubborn outlet covers that are hard to remove). Jerry, the owner, came out the next day and fixed it. All good. I highly recommend this company and definitely would use them again.

Everything about Integrity Electric is excellent. I had a major project at my house upgrading service from 100 amps to 320 amps. Jerry, the owner, was really prompt at returning my call and scheduling a visit to provide a quote for installing a new panel/meter, moving all existing wiring over to the new panel at a different location at the house, making sure everything installed was up to code for the town building inspector, etc. Jerry came out, answered my questions, assessed the work and had a quote, a reasonable and competitive quote, to me the next day.
