“I highly recommend Miramontes Electric.I manage a 7-unit apartment building in Alameda, CA. Due to CA regulations, each fuse box in each unit needed to be moved from inside the closets which was not in plain view.Each panel in each apartment (7 units plus the Laundry Room) needed to be moved to a visible place in each unit in compliance with the CA apartment code.Miramontes Electric constructed a great plan, very timely, very reasonable, and at a fair cost. In addition, everything went very smoothly as we arranged a time for each unit to accommodate what worked for each tenant. No problems occurred at all. Each unit was planned for a full day, deadlines were met perfectly.The owner (Eduardo Miramontes) was fantastic to work with. Fair, honest, accurate, and certainly knew exactly what to do with great suggestions when needed.I will most definitely use their service for all electrical needs whenever needed. “We just used Power + Light to modernize our electrical system and some other electric projects and we highly recommend them. We bought our home in Dec and Mike came out the Sat before Xmas to give us an estimate, which was very reasonable. It was also easy scheduling the work for the beginning of Jan. Jason came out and updated our wiring, which had been going into an old fuse box in a tight corner of a closet. He also installed an EV power station and confirmed the safety of the wiring in our attic (so we can get it insulated), as per our original plan. He was also able to work with us (and give his thoughts) for some on the fly projects to add/move some outlets and install a garage door panel. It was always easy working with Mike and Jason. We always felt like we knew what was going on and there were no surprises. It was also a reasonable price. I highly recommend Power + Light and intend to use them for all our electric needs.“
