The staff greeted me right when I walked in and took the time to explain how everything worked so I didn’t feel lost. The coach that day had great energy and kept the whole room motivated without being over the top. The pace of the class was perfect and I felt like I could push myself without feeling overwhelmed.

The studio itself is clean, organized, and set up in a way that makes it easy to move through each block. The equipment looked really well maintained too. The heart rate tracking kept me focused and seeing the results in real time helped me stay on track. It was nice to be in a group environment where everyone was working hard but still in their own zone.

By the end of the workout I felt exhausted in the best possible way. If you are visiting the area or live nearby and want a workout that actually challenges you, this location is worth checking out. She has a very compassionate demeanor, has a thorough but relaxed intake procedure, and keeps you informed along the way during the treatments. The space is cozy, quiet, and cute.
