“Dr Roy, hands down, is the best at what he does. I trust him whole heartedly and wouldn’t let anyone else touch my face. He genuinely cares about his patients and how they are feeling. I had concerns during my post op healing. I sent Dr. Roy a text. He responded later that day and put my mind at ease. I later learned he was on vacation with his family when I had texted him. Dr. Roy could have waited to reply or passed me off to one of his great assistants, but he took time away from his family to reply himself. I had procedures done in September 2023. I really didn’t experience much pain because Dr. Roy and his assistants know what they’re doing and have steps in place to minimize the pain. But, if I’m being honest, I took longer than most to heal. I didn’t have the results that I had hoped for at 30 days post op and not even at 3 months. I wore glasses to hide my results and I was beginning to second guess my decision to have surgery. I was so disappointed that I didn’t look like all those before and after pictures that he posts on social media. All the while, through my negativity and disappointment, Dr. Roy put up with me. I even started to cry in his office at one of my checkups. He was just so supportive and he kept assuring me that I needed to be patient and that he wasn’t going anywhere. He wanted me to be happy. I wish I could go back to tell myself to be patient and not waste so much energy on worrying so much. I’m happy to say, I’m at exactly 5 months and a week post op and my results are amazing! I don’t look tired anymore. My muscles are still healing, but I’m excited. The best part is that no one outside of my immediate circle has any clue that I had anything done. I look like me, but a younger version of me. Would I do it again and entrust Dr. Roy? In a heartbeat, absolutely 100%!“

“I had a very positive appointment with Dr Gordon and I have to share it! Came in for some minor cosmetic procedure and she had to numb the area where the procedure was to be performed. I am not the best patient when it comes to needles and she was so gentle I never felt the needle go in! She was talkative throughout the procedure. I never felt her gruffness as others had described. All in all, I was in and out in under 30 minutes. She knows what she is doing. While my procedure was simple, out of all the dermatologists I had been to, she was the quickest and most painless of them all. Dr Gordon is my new dermatologist to go to now that I'm back in California. I like that she is quick, efficient, and incredibly affable.“

“Dr. Morganroth is an exceptional dermatologist who has done a fantastic job treating my facial skin cancer. His bedside manner may not always be his strength (especially if he’s under time pressure), but his expertise, competence, and professionalism more than make up for it. He performed two Moh’s surgeries on my face, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Not only did he remove the cancerous cells, but he also left me looking younger (improved wrinkles) with minor scarring (you have to look closely to see these scars) and no skin grafts required (even on a six-round Moh’s surgery). I’m grateful for his care and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a skilled dermatologist.“

However, not only was Kelsey patient, but she walked me through a treatment plan that felt personalized - allowing me to move forward with a treatment option that best suited my needs. Kelsey was very empathetic making me feel comfortable during a medical visit and eased any concerns that I had. After deciding to go forward with the surgery, I reached out to Kelsey with additional questions, and she was very quick to respond even during non-buisness hours!
