“I am a new patient and recently had an appointment with Dr. Monika Chock for a skin rash. My entire experience, from start to finish, was excellent.
Before my visit, I was able to complete all the necessary forms online instead of spending time filling out paperwork in the office. The process was quick, simple, and very convenient.
I arrived about 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment and was taken in right on time, with virtually no waiting. Dr. Chock took the time to thoroughly examine me and clearly explain what was going on. She was very kind, attentive, and never made me feel rushed. She made sure all of my questions were answered and that I was comfortable with everything before I left.
The entire staff was friendly, professional, and very efficient. It is refreshing to find a medical office that is so well organized and truly values its patients' time.
Overall, I had an outstanding experience and would highly recommend Dr. Monika Chock and her clinic to anyone looking for excellent dermatological care.“
