His switch is always on and he knows many useful and interesting things about dermatology and a wide range of other topics, too. Don’t be intimidated by his genius. “I have been seeing Dr Bruce Saal, an excellent dermatogist, for 20+ years plus. He is 77 years young and is still young at heart. He has over 50 years experience and enjoying working with custoners of all ages. He keeps me young, healthy and shows me how to take care of my skin, and my nails without fungus. He is still so popular that the new customers have to wait on the waiting list over 5 pages long to see him. Personnaly, I think it is worth it because he is honest, and has experience to treat your skin, nail fungus, and other skin care as removing tatoos, etc... He has a beautiful staff with two nurse practitioners, and other nurses to prepare the skins prior to see him. I have been seeing Dr Saal twice a year to make sure my skin is healthy and to refill my prescriptions. I am 73 and retired. My friends told me I look around 60. This is credited to Dr Saal and his staff. I highly recommend Dr Saal as one of the best dermatologists in the bay area.“

“I'm giving this review two different ratings. One for the doctor, and another for the office. We will start with the doctor. Dr. Badame is a very nice man with great bedside manner. He knows his stuff and I didn't feel like he was ever trying to say or sell me something that wasn't going to work. After putting me on Retin-A, I can definitely feel that my skin looks and feels better, so that is definitely a plus. I recommend Dr. Badame for his services. Now for the office. Trust me when I say you are not seeing the doctor for his office decor. Boring, blah, and beige pretty much cover it. There is zero personality. That wouldn't be so bad if the exam rooms were clean. They are not. Dust and dirt on the floors, serious calcium deposits all over the sink, wallpaper peeling off, and if you look closely, you can see that someone attempted to dust around the canisters sitting on the counter. I was actually very surprised considering it's a doctors office. If you can overlook the office, I do like him as a doctor. The staff is also very nice.“
