this flower shop is run by one of the sweetest people i've ever spoken to, and the customer service is truly 12/10.

my friend was saying goodbye to her beloved cat, and since i live across the country, i wanted to send her flowers. i simply called the shop to place my order, and the person who answered the phone (i believe he was the owner) was incredibly kind and compassionate. he was so understanding of the situation, worked with my budget, and made the entire process so easy.

he kept me updated every step of the way, even sending me videos of the beautiful arrangement before and after it was delivered to my friend's home. i've never met him, but i'm genuinely grateful for the care and empathy he showed.

i'm so thankful i found this flower shop. the flowers were beautiful, but what i'll remember most is the kindness behind them. wishing this business continued success for many years to come, they truly deserve it!“

“So I called Mike’s this morning last minute for a floral arrangement for my mom‘s birthday since it was relatively local to the area where she lives. I thought it would be a good idea to add flowers to the gift that I already was giving her. The customer service was above and beyond. I picked out the colors of the flowers with them over the phone. We sent pictures back-and-forth via text and I gave them an example of what I was looking for. I wanted something pretty grand and when I tell you, they absolutely nailed it just wait until you see these photos!!!
They delivered the flowers same day and sent me pictures before they put them in the delivery van to verify that I was completely satisfied with the arrangement. They did an absolutely amazing job. I definitely recommend their business. My mother said that these were the most beautiful floral arrangement that she has ever received in her life.“

Despite being in the middle of a move and getting ready to have a baby, she never let one item drop and never let me down. She is a lovely person and a hard worker, has very reasonable prices, and helped me a great deal when trying to make sure we stayed within budget and cut costs where we could. “Convenient to the freeways and main roads for anything quick pick up you need to do when headed to a friends house for a dinner or bbq. Great selection, decent pricing, never had any issues with employees. Sometimes more staff at check out would be nice during busier hours (5pm-7pm) but otherwise no complaints.“
