When I first started taking classes here, I saw changes in my body after just 2 classes - no joke! It’s the only workout I did leading up to my wedding in order to get into optimal shape. You are guaranteed to get a thorough and intense workout every single time. They will push you to exert your best effort, but at the same time will not single you out or make you feel uncomfortable if you are struggling. The instructors are great at showing you modifications and making sure your form is correct to get the best results! The rest of the decor throughout the studio is super classy and cute too. I would recommend Isotiques to anyone interested in a Barre/Mat Pilates type class, new comer or veteran.”
