“I called in stating that my cat had a sore on his neck and that I thought it was a bite from our other indoor cat. The man I spoke to was extremely understanding and thorough. He explained in full detail of what’s expected, and worse case scenario etc. He even asked if I could send him a photo to their email so they could get an idea of a treatment plan beforehand. It was a night and day difference compared to the vet I called prior as they told me I couldn’t bring my cat in for 3-4 weeks. If it wasn't for her kind and immediate response and extensive knowledge, our Imhotep would definitely be blind, possibly brain damaged, or maybe dead.
