Great staff, treatments, and results. Between IPL and microneedling I think my skin looks at least 5 if not 10 years younger. They don’t try to hard sell you on things you don’t need, which I appreciate in an aesthetics place.

A-Friggin-Mazing!!! After contacting many many agencies only to find that most have a very broad, cookie cutter approach to treatment I was left feeling daunted. Almost like, is it even worth the effort, time and expense? Are my needs going to be addressed as an individual? One more over the phone quote for $6,000 and I just might blow my brains out! (That's a joke, please don't flag my review). So that's when I found Jenée at North Bay Laser. She was friendly, informative, and most of all an actual human who understands that I, as well, am a human and not just another number to be crunched. She set me up with Hugo, a nurse on staff.
