I called in to ask a question and make an appointment. I got John right away and he was super helpful. He gave me an idea for a solution I could do on my own even. I will definitely go to him in the future with any computer issues. Thanks John! (Adapter ordered!)

Spoke to John over the phone. Had issues with my work mouse and he fixed the problem very quickly. Very nice guy and highly recommended this shop this is the second time he has helped me out with a technical question over the phone! .

Wonderful experience! Called in the morning and spoke to John. He had Abe, his technician, come to my home and within a few minutes my fears of a costly repair vanished. Abe took the time to examine everything and came to a sound conclusion. Highly recommend for their top notch service.
