Highly recommended, professional Apple service that is a lot more flexible and accommodating than the Official Apple Stores. I have a Macbook Pro that was missing a single key, I took it to the Apple Store on 3rd street Promenade first. Because the mounting tabs were damaged they told me it needed the entire keyboard replaced with the entire top case (apparently it comes as a whole assembly). Apple Store wanted me to leave my laptop there for 5-7 business days (!!!). When I questioned why, they said they're very busy, so I asked if I can just bring in the laptop when it's my turn and leave it for only one day, they said that's not possible as they don't work that way.… read full review

So your MacBook Pro of 4 years refuses to start after some battery charging issues, and you cannot find an appointment with a genius at Apple, who do I turn to, Mac 911.
Super easy to get an appointment. I turn in my laptop and they said within a day they will diagnose and confirm the issue. I get a call within 24 hours, that the issue is a fault IO logic board, they have it in stock, and can do it for a very reasonable price, within an hour!
I was dreading paying a ton since they charge $145/hour for diagnostics if you do not have Apple Care+, but it all worked out with very reasonable labor charge and a very very cheap part that's officially from Apple, that also… read full review

Excellent service! I needed a battery for my 2019 MacBook Pro. I'm pretty handy, so I youtubed how to replace the battery - forget it, it's VERY complicated and a genius is needed. It would take almost a week for Apple to replace, but only took 24 hrs at Mac 911 (once I had the battery!). They supplied all the necessary information, were pleasant and my computer was returned with a new battery, and all cleaned up! Will definitely come back!!
