Manish, Zoë, and the whole team at Santa Cruz Ayurveda are truly a special and talented group of people! Their guidance has been life changing for my health. I've worked with Manish for three months now and his gentle yet profound approach to teaching in addition to the cooking workshops have changed the way I think about nutrition and lifestyle. I use the principles Manish teaches in the cooking class every single day and have seen a great improvement in my skin and in my energy levels. I love the recipes that are sent out after the class and have made the kitchari the team recommended once or twice a week for my family since taking the class. I would absolutely recommend this workshop to friends and family that want to improve their health but have no idea where to start. I am passionate about Ayurveda now thanks to the efforts of Manish and Santa Cruz Ayurveda.

Reviews
I can't thank Manish and the staff at Santa Cruz Ayurveda enough for what I was able to learn about food and my body over the past 6 months. I wasn't feeling well for a long time with low energy, stomach problems and poor eating habits. I was searching for something and knew I needed to start paying attention to the food I was consuming. Ayurveda and it's philosophies gave me SO MUCH more than just a "diet." I learned everything is connected as far as mind, body and spirit but an amazing place to start is with whole foods and eating with the seasons. I wouldn't change a thing about the 6 month gut healing protocol. The experience was invaluable. Thank you Manish!
