One of the most nurturing Practice in the area. I really do like Santa Cruz Ayurveda practice. Dr. Manish Ch. is very knowledgeable and he cares for his patient. He is helping me heal my gut that needed to pay close attention. I have been using his recipes and do feel great changes in my body. Even my partner is in same diet now and we both very happy with the result.Very friendly and professional staff members. I did had Ayurveda massage treatment that made me feel really great too. Excellent Practice in right place in beautiful town of Santa Cruz. I have been wanted to have healthier life style and I'm very happy that I went to see Dr. Manish. His healing method can be as simple and natural. Since I start using his method, changing my grocery lists and the time of the day I should be eating, I got more energy and I'm feeling great. Even my partner started on same diet and we both see great results. With great help and knowledge of Dr. Manish I'm able to heal my gut and stay healthy. Very friendly and professional staff.
