3040 Prather Ln ste a, Santa Cruz“Rob came to repair our 20+ year old Kenmore Elite washing machine yesterday (10/20/2025). It was shot. Parts and labor were more than buying a new machine. He is a straight shooter. He told us what was wrong, why it was not worth fixing and recommended getting a Whirlpool or one of the brands that are built by Whirlpool for another label as they last the longest, outside of buying a commercial machine at 4x the price. He is a wealth of knowledge and I would unhesitatingly recommend him for any large appliance repair.“
