Prevail is a great gym with great workout classes. But what really makes Prevail stand out, are the amazing instructors. Kyle is the best! He really breaks down every step of the routine and makes sure you’re comfortable, while also encouraging you to do your personal best. They have check ins to make sure all is well both during your workouts and outside of class. Even as a group, the attention is personalized. They are as invested in you conquering your personal goals as you are! I fractured my ankle last year, and Kyle helped me make safe modifications once I was able to come back. After training at Prevail for around 3 years now, I’m in the best shape of my life at 40 years old. Truly life changing from where I was about 6 years ago when I tore my ACL and had persistent knee pain for a couple of years. Not to mention, I went from driving the ball about 180 yards to now crushing it over 250 yards after training with Alexis at Prevail!!!
