My wife and I had massages here in the past, but never again! A Groupon purchased expired only one week prior. Appointment was booked and confirmed, then later told I would need to pay additional money to use it.

Be careful if you’re using a Groupon here. My voucher had expired just one week earlier, and although my appointment was confirmed, I was later told I’d have to pay extra to receive the service.

I bought my fiancé a Groupon for a massage with Soma Spa in Santa Barbara. I made the appointment online through the Groupon website (as required). Several days later I got a text message from an unknown number asking me for my Groupon voucher barcode and or name to confirm my appointment as nothing came up under my name. I replied back by sending my email associated with my Groupon account along with screenshots of the order summary and appointment confirmation.
