Amazing experience! Ramsin went above and beyond with helping me with my laptop. I brought my laptop in because one day the battery died and wouldn’t turn back on. I’m a college student studying mechanical engineering and this happened during the end of my quarter. I was so worried about having to buy a new machine on such short notice. Ramsin tried everything he could and eventually found a RAM problem that he was able to fix. He saved me from buying a whole new laptop. Highly recommend!!

Extremely helpful and very thoughtful.I realized today that motherboard didn’t come with the proper screw for a new nvme M.2 SSD I just bought. So I went to Amazon looking for a pack of screws all around $10. Before that, I figured I should call around first. Luckily I did!! While the store doesn’t typically sell pc parts, this man went out of his way to check around his inventory, found the screw I needed, and without charging me a dime, gifted me the part I needed. I don’t usually like letting other people touch my pcs, but I’ll definitely be coming back when I need more serious PC repairs.
