I used the PC Mechanic a couple of years ago to fix my non-responding laptop. Ramsin fixed that problem quickly and at a reasonable cost so when the keyboard stopped functioning properly recently on the same computer (now 8 years old) I called Ramsin. After discussing the issue with Ramsin I decided to buy a new laptop. I don't know one computer from another so Ramsin offered to look for one for me in my price range that suits my needs. He found a nice laptop for about half of what I was expecting to pay. Ramsin transferred the data from my old laptop to the new one and also wiped the hard drive from the old laptop all at a very reasonable price. I love my new laptop...read full review

Ramsin helped us get to the bottom of computer problems that plagued my son's gaming computer for more than a year. Other techs just wiped the computer and sent us home only to have the problem resurface. Friendly and personable. I never felt talked down to or dismissed. I highly recommend.
