I fortunately when searching for someone to assist me with a computer issue found the Tech Doctors. I first met Paul then Peter at their Carpinteria office. I had a situation that I didn't know was going to be possible to repair BUT to my pleasant surprise they were able to retrieve my data and put it onto my new computer. I was told how much they would charge but after spending a lot of time with them I was amazed that what I was charged was the original amount quoted to me. Paul and the Tech Doctors team do a fabulous job. Always responsive and knowledgeable. I was convinced nobody could figure out how to get our ticket printer to work with our remote ticketing program and Paul figured it out within about a half hour. Paul is also very mellow and easy going and provides a calming effect when you're frazzled by tech not working. Highly recommend.
