Service Now installed a new water heater and it was a seamless, affordable process. We were having issues with it for a while, tried to fix it ourselves and finally called Service Now. Wish we hadn’t waited so long!!

Beyond being a master plumber, the best I've dealt with in 20 years living in Santa Barbara, he is also a gifted problem solver. He corrected an incomplete installation of a new water heater and then did a lengthy trouble shooting on a flawed integration of my hot water and the heating system which utilized hot water. It took time, but it was well spent and the problem was solved. I would highly recommend Brad (Service Now) for any plumbing related problem you might have. He is very easy to deal with, he focusses on solving the problem at hand in the most expeditious way possible and is reasonable in his billing.

After my water heater stopped working, I had a different company look at it and, with only a cursory look, immediately told me it had to be replaced. Brad came out today and actually inspected the heater, diagnosed and fixed the problem. Brad is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and engaging. Next time I have any heating or plumbing problem, I'll be giving Brad a call.
