“A letter I wrote to Ray:

Hi Ray,

I know this is a bit out of the blue, but I wanted to contact you and say thank you for the job you did.

To be honest I didn't know how great it was until recently when I hired a roofing company to put a roof on my son's house. They left the roof uncovered and it rained. The entire living room, kitchen, and dinning room ceiling was ruined. The drywall was 90 percent intact so not a lot to fix in that regard.

Trouble started when the roofing company hired a contractor who obviously did not know how to properly do ceilings began the work. No floor coverings, so mud and paint on the floor, no masking so paint on the fireplace brick, no room sealings, so dust everywhere. Trowel marks, divots and just a terrible job. Made them redo it but not a lot better.

All the while I used pictures from the job your crew did to indicate what the expectations were. We never really got from them what we wanted but did get them to knock 2000.00 off the roofing costs.

I now realize how great your crew was. All portals were sealed, while still maintaining access to our kitchen. The work area was cleaned up every day and was as clean as anyone could expect considering the work being done. And the end result was perfect. I would be hard pressed to find any flaws anywhere.

So thank you for a job well done.

He expertly resolved our plumbing issues of removal and replacement of rotted drain collars with toe taps in our two bathtubs. He was knowledgeable, highly experienced, thorough and precise. The rotted condition of the drain collars prevented using the customary drain removal tool. Jaime carefully cut slots in the drain collars to facilitate their removal without damaging or breaking the drain pipes, and attached the metal collars into the plastic pipes with no cross-threading. Additionally, Jaime explained why he recommended not replacing the anode rod in our 6-year-old water heater which was a task I had requested, and I confidently accepted his advice.
