I appreciate the quick response I get when calling in issues to Wighton's and the service given. The only time I had an issue of mis-understanding they more than took care of it. I also have appreciated their alternatives when looking into complicated issues that needed cost comparisons.
We had two technicians come out: one to check the electrical and another for plumbing. They were both thorough, polite, and knowledgeable. The plumber made it clear that the problem I thought we had wasn't an issue; he suggested updating when the time came but reassured me that our RO system is working as designed. The electrician identified several items and gave us repair recommendations. We are looking forward to having this work completed. So far, so good. I will let you know how it goes once the work is completed.
