“Called The Appliance Store to check on our Kitchenaid compactor, which had decided to stop properly functioning. Patty set the appointment quickly and a service professional came out the very next day to do the initial exam. After ordering the required part, they are due back this morning to complete the repair.I will update the outcome as they finalize their service but to date, I am very pleased with The Appliance Store.“

“Called and was offered appointment that same day - I had to delay it 'til next day. They explained it was $125 to come out and diagnose, but if we did the repair, that $125 would be removed. Gave estimate based on what I told them. Came in time frame given the next day, took dryer apart, pulled drum, replaced bearings, etc. buttoned it up and it was good. Father and son, both pleasant, efficient, neat. Paid as estimated. All good. Would absolutely call them again for a problem.“
