“I contacted Leo when my stove stopped working, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment he arrived, Leo and his helper were extremely respectful and professional. They wore clean, collared button-down work shirts, asked before using even a paper towel, and made me feel completely safe and comfortable in my home.
This was not an easy fix—Leo tried deep cleaning, ordered multiple parts, and ultimately used his expertise to determine that the stove had previously been converted to propane. He ordered the correct parts and fixed the issue. He had to come out three different times, and each visit he left my kitchen just as clean as when he arrived. He also took the time to explain everything clearly so I understood what was going on.
On top of that, while they were here, my husband was struggling to move something very heavy from his truck, and both Leo and his helper immediately jumped in to help without being asked. That alone speaks volumes about their character.
