Bob is the best repairperson I've ever met; he diagnosed the issue with our ice maker within a second of looking at it, and also helped me on the fly with a dryer issue that arose the morning he arrived for the ice maker. He had the needed part in his truck and fixed it right away! He even let me observe and talked me through what he was doing, because I was curious. Today, Bob and Mitch came by with the ice maker part and fixed it quickly. Gail was always kind and communicative over the phone for scheduling. I highly recommend calling Moon Appliance Repair next time you're in need of repair services! I would give them 10 stars if I could.“
