Variety of activities/instructors/class durations to choose from Mon-Sat, three beautiful studio spaces, new playlists every class, complimentary towels and water, small class sizes and welcoming community. Classes are suited to a range of fitness levels, with great modifications and challenges on offer. This place has helped me recover from injuries, motivation slumps, and rough days more times than I can count.
