We did a hem, added 3 bustles, and tightened the straps a smidge. Marine was confident we didn't need to let out the dress and she was absolutely right. “Excellent customer service. They were really short-staffed the week I tried them and they took my sweater as a custom rush order so I could pick up prior to leaving town. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. I pick ed up my sweater which was handed to me folded in a protective and breathable pouch. I've never received such care for a sweater. Kudos to Crystal Cleaning. They were also very polite and friendly at drop off and pick up. Wish I lived nearby, as I'd come a lot more often .“
