Vanessa is knowledgeable, professional, makes you feel comfortable, wants you to accomplish your goals. If you have set backs, or you say, "I can't do it" she says ok, "you will, we will work on these things you can't do", before you know it, you have accomplish those goals, I know because I have said that and accomplished the goal).
I promise you if you have Van as your Trainer you won't be disappointed. She will motivate, support you.
Her gym is not this huge intimidating space where you are amongst so many people that you get neglected or yourself, she is right there with you making sure your form is correct, you are feeling where you are suppose to feel the muscles you are working, and getting most out of the workout. Don't wait any longer Vanessa is your girl!!!!!!“

“It's a nice gym. Everything you would expect from a planet fitness gym. Has all the basic equipment you need to get a good workout. I would recommend this gym for beginners or casual lifting. They are somewhat limited on machines and equipment (planet fitness), so workouts can be hard to mixup and feels repetitive sometimes but gets the job done nonetheless. I love the hydro massage they have for black users which reduces the stress on my back/legs greatly, not something other gyms offer so this is a huge plus. Nice stretching area and equipment. They have showers for after workouts. They also are really clean here, always see the crew cleaning when I'm in here which is greatly appreciated. Some bigger gyms aren't as clean and have a tendency to their gyms slip. I usually go to a different gym but this one is closer to home since I moved so I go here a lot now, enjoy working out here on a regular basis.“
